 XCMG Group is the first company engaged in research and development of off-road wide-body tipper amongst traditional construction machinery manufacturers. Its strong R & D and manufacturing competence in the construction machinery sector enables XCMG Group to reinforce the vehicle’s bearing structure, redouble its brake efficacy, and also enlarge the vehicle’s output torque. The adoption of construction machinery hydraulic technology improves the hoisting stability and safety of the vehicle.

In 2013, more than 500 XCMG wide-body tippers were exported to the given regional market in the Southeast Asia. While being put into earthwork stripping operation in mining areas like coalmine, XCMG wide-body tipper received high recognition from customers for its remarkable advantages such aslarger load capacity, higher transport efficiency, and stronger operating ability in severe working condition, enablingit toreplace ordinary tippers.

Here, we will give an account of the XCMG off-road wide-body tipper that was successfully launched into the given regional market of the Southeast Asia.

According to customer feedbacks from this regional market, XCMG worked out measures to suit local conditionsin consideration of this region’s characteristics such as hot climate, much rainfall, and poor working condition,and improved and optimized the off-road wide-body tipper NXG5650’s maneuverability, economic efficiency, and comfortability, catering for local users’ differentiated and individualized demands. Thanks to its unceasing endeavors in making market surveys and technical innovations, XCMG launched a series of off-road tipper products, including right-hand drive, all-wheel drive, and small tonnage as shown inpicturesas follows:



At the meantime, XCMG enlarged its investment in services and spare parts in theregional market, sending experienced service staffto work in thelocal market, offering technical services and trainings, and providing users with refined value-added services.

I. Convenient operation and cozy driving experience

The reinforced frame in the covering cab is of high safety performance, and single-seat offset cab provides broad visual field. Besides, single-sided offset cab supports synchronous development of left-hand drive and right-hand drive. In addition to harbor-shaped control console, the tipper boasts the suspended cab with four shock absorbers. Aside from that, seats with airbag bring you comfortable riding experience. It is worth saying that the horizontal and curled-up compartment top brim ensures the safe and reliable driver protection.




Steering system employs the “Steering Gear plus Booster Cylinder” structure, making the vehicle steer easily and reliably under heavy load.

III.High efficiency, reliability, and matchless bearing capacity

Since it is optimized from construction vehicle, the product gets improved in several aspects, such as the vehicle’s bearing structure, brake efficiency, reliability, serviceability, axle speed ratio, output torque, leaf spring distance, and track width.

At the bottom of the front axle there is an anti-collision structure



Brake sprinkler: used to prevent the brake system from being out of service due to friction under high temperature.

II.Advanced Technology, and Tiptop Quality

There are two options for the upper part, namely, U-shaped tank or rectangular tank, which is of light dead weight and high strength, and the additionally mounted lateral stability frame ensures the stability and safety during the hoisting process. Moreover, the bottom plate features heating function.
