XCMG started Xugong Machinery’s listing asset restructuring in June, 2008, including increasing issues in stocks to Xugong Machinery through Xugong Science&Technology, implanting capital of XCMG heavy machinery company ,XCMG hydraulic parts company, XCMG Truck_mounted_crane/ 'target='_blank' style='color:blue;'>Truck Mounted Crane company ,XCMG special construction machinery  company, XCMG import & export company and other related capitals to the listed company, to realize the overall listing of XCMG. After the design of the restructuring plan, the assets auditing, evaluation and other preliminary work, the program was submitted to CSRC( China Securities Regulatory Commission) in October 2008 ,and on June 23, 2009 listed assets restructuring was approved by CSRC( China Securities Regulatory Commission).
