Strong growth of construction industry firstly benefits from the upgrading of products. At the 108th Canton Fair, Sunward especially introduced clean energy forklift----electric forklift and LPG forklift to international market, which successfully attracts foreign guest's eyes.

Energy-saving products win the international market

At the outdoor exhibition area for construction machinery at canton fair, Sunward's booth covers 100 square meters and catches customers' eyes. Recently, not only mini excavator , skid steer loader and LPG forklift has a strong export demand, but also electric forklift and LPG(Liquid Petroleum Gas) forklift which have been especially promoted at this fair focusing on new energy and environmental protection.

Exchange rate is the hottest topic among export enterprises now. as the first Chinese construction machinery manufacturer entered into European market, Sunward has invested a lot all the time. Although international market has been recovering, not only deprecation of Euro but also deprecation of US dollar and appreciation of RMB influence a lot on Sunward products exported to European market. Sunward effectively expand market through innovation and saving cost.

The newly released forklift was much concerned because of its features: low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving. The average maintenance fees of electric forklift and LPG forklift powered by electric and liquid petroleum gas is only 20%-25% of diesel forklift, which makes new energy forklift popular.

Given the global economy crises in 2008, international market demand recovers slowly. However, Sunward has been making effort on developing overseas market. At the end of 2009, Sunward reached an agreement of sales agent with SHC ---the biggest automobile dealers in Brazil, and launched 20 Sunward distribution points all over the Brazil so as to develop Brazilian and South American market together. Under the circumstance of global economy recovery, internationalization development of Sunward will be strengthen , meanwhile, those investment on overseas market before are expected to be rewarded in 2011.

According to statistics, In the first half of 2010, sales performance of Sunward achieved doubled over the same period last year and realization of revenue income is 1.45billion RMB. Due to the recovery of global economy, export rises 145.4% over the same period last year, it is estimated that Sunward will fulfill the sales target of 2500 units, including 500 units exported and 2000 units in domestic market. Mr. Zhou Junfeng, Sunward industrial vehicle division general manager, says the Sunward will have a great-leap-forward development on forklift market, the estimated forklift sales will be from 4500-5000 units. including 1000 units exported to overseas market.
