Shantui South Africa Equipment Co. held a grand opening for its new offices and distributorship in Johannesburg on November 1, 2011. The day-long event featured the entire gamut of Shantui products on display and ended with a banquet attended by more than 300 local and regional guests. The South Africa subsidiary, headed by Mr. Dylan Chicken, is responsible for sales, service and distribution support in all of southern Africa. The branch office moved to its new location strategically located at a major highway intersection near the airport. The site offers Shantui an unprecedented level of exposure to tens of thousands of highway travelers each day. Our South African office has done a superb job of implementing our branding elements throughout the site, both with building signage, Vehicle signage and indoor décor. It has become our model office for not only Africa, but for the rest of our offices in other developing markets round the globe.
