Early this October, Shantui received the “National Customer Satisfaction Award” from the Association of Quality Construction Machinery at the organization’s annual meeting in Chengdu. The judging was based on a user survey, and deliberated on by a committee of Association members. In total, four Shantui products, the SD13, SD16, SD22, and the SD32 were selected as delivering the highest in overall customer satisfaction. From 2002-2012, Shantui has received consecutive “National Customer Satisfaction” awards from the Association, and from 2008-2012 the company received another string of consecutive “Customer Service Satisfaction” awards. Since the company’s inception, Shantui has strived to provide the best quality in products and services to its customers.
