Recently, XCMG’s Excavating Machinery Division has finished the debugging of the self-developed excavator with new ‘patented bucket’ designed for plateau permafrost, and successfully introduced it into Qinghai’s market. It gained clients’ high recognition for its remarkable efficiency at construction sites under harsh climate conditions. The new type of bucket is the first self-developed and patented one in China, therefore it’s called ‘patented bucket’ by research personnel.

    Excavator with ‘patented bucket’ is another new product developed by XCMG’s Excavating Machinery Division for hard ground and other special construction conditions after the steel grabbing machine. The ‘patented bucket’ got well-arranged bucket lips, the 3 bucket lips of different heights can reduce the contact surface with objects and greatly increase digging force. The unique design allows the ‘patented bucket’ to deliver outstanding performance under operating environment of hard ground or permafrost.
