Mr. Alckmin, Governor of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil met with Wang Yansong, vice-president of XCMG and his delegation at state government on February 13. Council Chairman of State of Sao Paulo, Director General of Development Bureau and other major government officials of State of Sao Paulo attended the meeting.

State of Sao Paulo, the most influential area in South America, boasts of the strongest economy, largest population and largest economic aggregate in Brazil. Its population accounted for one fourth of population of Brazil, while its GDP accounted for 35% of that of entire Brazil.

Wang Yansong made an introduction to the general situation of XCMG and its plant in Brazil to the State Government of Sao Paulo, and introduced support equipments for related constructions of Brazilian government’s several major projects at the moment.

Mr. Alckmin highly praised XCMG’s great achievements in Brazilian market over the past eight years, congratulated it for the successful commissioning of its investment project in Brazil, and expressed his appreciation for its integrity in Brazilian market and sense of social responsibility. He also indicated that State Government of Sao Paulo, which has full confidence in the prospect of XCMG’s investment in Brazil, will fully support its businesses in Brazil.
