In 2012, the Angolan Government purchased 250 TD904 tractors one time to participate in building its agricultural overall development demonstration project. As a result, the FOTON LOVOL tractor has become the ‘farming star’ of the local users. Angola is lack of such resources as producer goods, living goods, as well as appropriate manpower. It is very difficult to find the equipment, such as cranes and the like, necessary for maintenance. But, our technicians were able to use a loader to complete the lifting work. In addition, although the raging mosquitoes, insects and snakes, as well as the uncleared landmines and bombs buried in the wilderness during the civil war in Angola often threatened the lives and safety of the overseas service team members, they kept their mission in mind and guaranteed each FOTON LOVOL tractor could operate effectively in the African grasslands with their skilled maintenance technologies.
First-rate service praised by the foreign users
The high-quality service of the overseas service team members of FONTON LOVOL has been spread across Angola. Just close to the end of the service work of Wu Fagang and Xu Lijiang, a white young man drove his tractor overnight to our service station at Luanda, capital of Angola, from the far Bengo Caxito farm, to have them repair it although it had been beyond the period of the “Three Guarantees”. They still smiled and said to the young man that customer’s satisfaction is their responsibility. After the completion of the overhaul, the young man could not help thanking them and praising their high-effective and high-quality service.
