XCMG’s XG series of hydraulic diaphragm wall grabs is specially designed to construct underground diaphragm walls for foundation pit enclosure, dam anti-seepage, port cofferdams, etc. It can also be used for square piles in construction. XG450D hydraulic diaphragm wall grab boasts super-strong stability thanks to the special chassis manufactured with XCMG’s sophisticated technology and the firm box-shaped boom. Its front and rear winches are arranged with a single aligning steel rope. Supported by the advanced electrical & hydraulic system, this winch arrangement can significantly extend the service life of steel rope and improve the system stability. The grab body is of framed push-plate structure, which is simple, strong and easy to dismount and repair.
Uzbekistan, located in Central Asia, is a major production country of natural gas, coal, copper, petroleum, silver and uranium, and has always maintained good bilateral and economic ties with China. In recent years Uzbekistan has enjoyed stable economic growth. However, its relatively undeveloped infrastructure partly hinders the economic progress. For this reason, Uzbekistan’s demand for construction machinery is on the rise. Thanks to plentiful types, low price and simple operation, XCMG’s products are popular in Uzbekistan’s market. In 2013 XCMG products exported to this country are worth about $30 million, with products such as crane trucks, road rollers, graders, loaders, excavators. Export of diaphragm wall grabs enriches the types of XCMG’s products in Uzbekistan, and further consolidates XCMG’s position in the local market.
