XCMG Has Launched China’s Largest Tonnage Diaphragm Wall Grab XG600D

Recently, China’s largest tonnage and diaphragm wall grab XG600D, designed and produced by XCMG, has been successfully launched into use. It is also the continuous wall product with the deepest build-up hole.
This machine’s main technical parameters are well ahead in the domestic market. The product configuration, working performance, construction efficiency, structural strength, safety protection, and the appearance quality of the complete machine have fully upgraded based on the original products. This machine’s deepest wall depth is 105 meters, and the wall thickness is 1.5 meters, which is widely used in foundation pit support, dyke antiseepage, dock cofferdam, rail transit, urban infrastructure and other construction fields, especially apply to the working condition of 1.2 to 1.5 meters thick, ultra-deep and hard strata with high demand on vertical degree.
In the recent years, continuous wall has been increasingly used as the foundation structure integrated by retaining, anti-seepaging and bearing with the gradual maturity of domestic continuous wall construction technology. Therefore, the market has urgent demand of diaphragm wall grab, and large tonnage diaphragm wall grab’s demand occupies 70% of the whole market demand in particular.
