Recently, XCMG successfully developed its new-generation hydraulic standardized crane luffing cylinder and completed the main equipment commissioning, symbolizing that XCMG’s hydraulic elements are entering a new stage of high-end, differentiated, and individualized development.
To improve the product appearance and operating performance of the crane luffing cylinder in an all-round manner, XCMG technicians collected more than 20 sets of test data on cylinder pressure and displacement under different working conditions, with reference to which, they renovated the cylinder block structure and optimized the design scheme of parts like cylinder piston, etc., making the structure more compact. Also, online tests on working conditions (including ascending/descending without load, measurement of static load settlement, and dynamic performance in extreme heavy hoisting operation) fully demonstrate the product’s smooth operation and much improved working performance, together with its light weight, the product turns into XCMG’s another masterpiece serving to meet users’ individualized demands and reinforce product competitiveness in the market, which will also help quicken XCMG’s pace in studying the main equipment’s working conditions and establishing working condition database.
