Expedition of XCMG New Type Loaders in Australia

In June 2014, an Australian buyer bought nine XCMG LW300K loaders. When put them into use, the buyer found that they did not meet certain requirements under real work conditions and modifications were needed. Accordingly, a lot of requirements were thrown on the intention of potential new orders.
XCMG immediately responded by sending a team of engineers to the buyer to investigate the actual work conditions, exchanged views with the buyer and set up a special database with detailed information. Then XCMG organized a product service team to provide the Australian buyer with custom-made machines.
The updated design considerations were in four aspects – comfortability, service convenience reliability and practicality. It involves 35 improvements and 13 new applications, such as the service-free pin, whole protection, new type independent cooling mode, and new type cab and engine hood.
Within two months, the project team had all the design jobs done, made out a sample loader and got the buyer’s confirmation. Now, the new type XCMG LW300K loaders are ready to go for their expedition in the Australian market.
