Recently, multiple XCMG XR280D Rotary Drilling Rigs were stationed in Putian, Fujian Province for offshore construction of China Communications Construction Company KV power station project. This is the first time for XCMG Rotary Drilling Rigs for seabed grooving, and breakthrough construction for XCMG Rotary Drilling Rigs for port construction as milestone. 

The seabed grooving depth is between 18m-25m below sea level, with groove width of 16m and length of 600m. Due to the complex seabed geology and high rock hardness, aiming for this project, Xuzhou Xugong Foundation Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. finally customized solution with high efficiency for the client. By powerful stability, the single-row rope main winch structure and parallelogram articulated mechanism are adopted to realize overseas large scope construction, and efficiency construction efficiency won general consent of the client, laying great foundation for comprehensive construction of XCMG Rotary Drilling Rigs.
