Recently, a wet spray product created newly by Xuzhou XCMG Schwing Machinery Co., Ltd – HPC30K concrete sprayer is produced, adding new member for complete wet spray equipment of XCMG Schwing. 

HPC30K concrete sprayer is a set of equipment integrating walking, concrete pumping, and injection, and mainly used in underground engineering field of large section railway, highway tunnel, side slope, water conservancy and hydropower tunnel and culvert as well as various underground military and civil architectures. The product integrates globally leading Schwing full hydraulic reversing technology, which can shorten 40% reversing time, improve pumping continuity, improve 5% efficiency, reduce 50% throughput main valve volume, reduce 50% weight and lower hydraulic loss of over 0.5MPa. The new bus control feedback remote control system is used, feedback panel display function is added, and man-machine interaction digital control operation system is equipped. The wet spray data input and record is realized and operating condition, operating data and failure warning is displayed by man-machine interaction. The boom assembly and nozzle assembly constitute a combined sprayer nozzle spatial orientation device. By virtual of 360° rotary cylinder, 180° deflection oil cylinder, and 8×360° all rotary brushing motor, the spatial orientation can truly realize multi-dimension stepless turning. In addition to the flexible vehicle body design and double power structure, the walking and operation is efficient and convenient. The concrete sprayer becomes a “universal spray expert” of XCMG concrete machine in concrete spray fields of slope and tunnel for multi-dimension small space operation.
