Thanks to the hard efforts made for over one year, two new refuse compression collectors developed by Zoomlion for Japanese market were successfully delivered to the client in May this year, making a breakthrough in the high-end Japanese market.  

The new ZLJ5071ZYSE4 refuse compression collector development project was set up in May, 2015. After a survey in various aspects, this model adopts the imported Hino chassis from Japan and two side guards made of aluminum alloy extrusions, looking beautiful. Its dustbin, precompressor and the materials exposed to the refuse are all made of oceanic climate-resistant plates. In view of the convenience for after-sales maintenance, many important components such as power takeoff adopt those of international brands.

After the successful trial production of sample vehicles in February 2016, the terminal client made ex-factory inspection on the equipment in Changsha, and spoke highly of its appearance, performance and technical parameters. When formally delivered in April, its performance and technical parameters completely met the requirements of the Japanese client. At present, commissioning and operation training of the equipment is ongoing in Japan.

The sanitation market of Japan is high-end, lodging fairly high requirements on the performance, configuration and operation of sanitation equipment. The success of Zoomlion sanitation equipment in entering Japanese market will greatly improve our company’s brand image in the overseas market, conducive to its business expansion worldwide.
