From January 20th to 22nd, 2016, foreign languages examinations were successfully held by functional departments of Lonking International Company in shanghai. On one hand, this was done to test the result of language trainings organized by international company in 2015. On the other hand, subjective initiative of staff in different functional departments could also be promoted. Via this examination, everyone was encouraged to improve its own foreign language skills, which suited company development and made progress together with organization.

Under arrangements of the company, evaluation of different items this year became stricter than last year. For elementary English class, reading comprehension occupied more proportion in the close-book test. Composition of translation and writing parts were more based on real working situations. For oral English class, topics of the test were set by six teachers and every examinee should choose two topics randomly then gave speeches respectively. For Russian class, close-book test paid more attention on practical teaching courses.

Results of the examination would be published on Lonking OA platform and certificates would be granted according to their performance. Participants of the training courses, who reached certain standard, would be awarded for stimulating motivation.

According to the examination results and training experience gained in 2015, Lonking international company will devote to promoting foreign language skills in all functional departments by creating new cultivation and evaluation modes and then employees from service, technical, spare parts and marketing departments can optimize their skills on communicating with customers and dealing with problems in writing form and increase speed of reactions. In 2016, all staff from functional departments will join hands together with sales staff to build Lonking overseas brand and accomplish new challenges!
