TT Expressway in Senegal is the first project by utilizing a foreign direct investment. With a total length of 113km and construction period of 4 years, the project is a fully-enclosed, two-way four-lane toll expressway. In July 2015, by virtue of its reliable product and standardized, procedural and detailed service, Lovol loader was unanimously recommended and recognized by the bid evaluation experts and project builder and became main force of this project.
To ensure smooth construction of the project, Lovol’s service engineers rushed to the construction site as quickly as possible, interpreting Lovol service philosophy “Dedicated to You” with practical actions. The engineers celebrated an unforgettable Spring Festival in foreign countries and were highly praised by the builder.
Senegal is of tropical climate with no winter. Its average temperature is 30°C and mosquitoes ravage… All these factors gave the service personnel a hard time as them all who came to this land for the first time. However, no matter how tough the conditions were, Lovol engineers had never shirked these difficulties. Mr. Qin, who has worked for 4 years, has celebrated three Spring Festivals abroad. For him, this year was not an exception and he still needs to stay behind to work in Senegal. He said: “For persons stationed abroad for years like us, there is no such concept of Spring Festival in our minds at all. In the daytime, we have to engage in busy work; at night, loneliness and thoughts accompany us. Even if on Spring Festival, there is no festive atmosphere of celebration, and it is inevitable for us to miss our homeland and families. However, at the thought that our sacrifice can satisfy our clients and ensure smooth progress of the project, then such sacrifice is totally worthwhile.”
On the 29th day of the twelfth lunar month, construction site of Senegal remained the same with machine thundering. Mr. Qin was busy with inspection and maintenance of Lovol loaders on site as usual. On his way home to prepare New Year’s Eve dinner after finishing his work, an emergency call made him return immediately. A machine operator phoned Mr. Qin that a machine broke down and could not lift its arm. Mr. Qin realized that it’s possibly due to the lack of hydraulic oil, and he returned to construction site to take hydraulic oil to the malfunction site. It only took 40mins from malfunction occurrence to troubleshooting, posing no influence on the project progress. This had won the praise from builder with their thumbs up and they showed their admiration to professional judgment and prompt maintenance service of Lovol service engineers.
For the past half year of on-site service, Lovol service engineers have been inseparable from local machine operators. Every time the machine operators had been encountered with difficulties, they could brain storm to settle these problems in time. They have interpreted the service philosophy of “Lovol Service Dedicated to You” and have convoyed the normal operation of overseas business of Lovol.
