Recently, the domestic first China chemical grouter has been produced successfully at XCMG environmental industry base. It is the first product which can complete pipeline trenchless repair in China and has revolutionary breakthrough in domestic pipeline trenchless repair industry. The chemical grouter integrates equipment, tools, materials and instruments necessary for construction, with an internal control room being set. During operation, it will preprocess grouting for main pipeline, mainly including high-pressure cleaning pipeline, pipeline inspection by CCTV, clearing of sediments hindering airbag movement and fixation, measuring of internal diameter of the pipeline, push the repaired airbag to specified position for air inflation through positioning, conduct grouting, airbag bleeding, inspection of repaired effect against defect location and finally file.
