The 5th Meeting of XCMG Strategic Advisory Committee for Overseas Markets was held in Shanghai on November 23. Strategic consultants from all over the world gathered together once again during Bauma China 2016 to discuss the strategies of international markets. Company top executives and VIP guests attended the meeting including Mr. Sun Jianzhong, Vice President of XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Directors of XCMG Import and Export Company and Chairman of XCMG Strategic Advisory Committee for Overseas Markets and Mr. Liu Jiansen, Assistant to CEO of XCMG Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., General Manager of XCMG Import and Export Company and Vice Chairman of XCMG Strategic Advisory Committee for Overseas Markets. According to Committee Chairman Sun Jian-zhong, four meeting have been successfully held since the inception of XCMG Strategic Advisory Committee for Overseas Markets durig Bauma China 2014 in Shanghai. The last four meetings improved communication between XCMG and XCMG Strategic Advisory Committee for Overseas Markets and enhanced mutual trust. Moreover, all of committee members have presented many valuable inputs on and made remarkable contribution to XCMG’s international endeavors. The 5th meeting of the Strategic Advisory Committee held again in Shanghai will serve as a milestone in XCMG’s development.

An advisory committee member offers his inputs

Vice Chairman Liu Jiansen presented an overview of the international construction market in 2016 and briefed on marketing strategy and sales policy for 2017. Advisory committee members attending the meeting reported on the local economy and market measures adopted respectively and offered their inputs on XCMG strategies on overseas markets in 2017. They were upbeat about the development prospect of XCMG in view of the opportunities presented by the challenges of continuous weakening global economy in 2016 and expressed their commitment to working closely and collaboratively with XCMG and to enhancing mutual trust in an endeavor to help the going global of XCMG brand.
