The First SEM Unit Was Delivered to Klabin – The Largest Paper Mill in Brazil

In March 2017, the first SEM unit, SEM 618B wheel loader, was successfully delivered to Klabin, which is the largest paper mill in Brazil.
Generating 16, 000 direct and indirect jobs, Klabin is the leading manufacturer of paper and board for packaging, corrugated board packaging and industrial bags, also markets timber in logs. They simultaneously supply hardwood pulp, softwood pulp, and fluff pulp to the market. Klabin is certified with the Forest Stewardship Council® certification, which attests to management practices that conserve natural resources, provide fair working conditions and encourage healthy relations with local communities, aligned with our values.
This SEM618B is equipped with a grapple fork prepared by TMO, and will be used for carring paper bundle, moving recycled material and big bags.
