This is the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival on August 15th, and tens of millions of Chinese families are having a happy moment. At the same time, there are such people, who shoulder the responsibility of sailing and exploring overseas markets on behalf of XCMG, the pillar of a great power, and are still fighting in the front line of overseas business. They have a common name, XCMG overseas people. 

On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Lei Ke, XCMG country manager in the Central Asian region, is installing and debugging a XCMG device together with service staff. Considering the tight project schedule, Lei Ke and his colleagues kept working for seven or eight hours from 8 a.m. local time.

When domestic people are celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, XCMG overseas commercial and service staff, just like Lei Ke, are still sticking to their posts for XCMG international expansion. Being busy with customer visit, business negotiation, customs clearance and service maintenance, they impress customers with sincerity and win their trust with service.
