The qinghai provincial road 308 project is 3250 meters above sea level, with mileage pile K30+000 ~ K56+800.418, and the mileage of main line construction is 26.8 kilometers. The construction mileage of the spur line is 1.05 km, which adopts the second-class highway standard. The engineering quantity includes roadbed excavation, stone excavation, provincial roadbed filling, gravel cushion, base base, asphalt concrete pavement construction, middle bridge, small bridge, culvert, precast engineering and other projects within the range of the bid section, such as intersection and greening, etc. In order to meet the demand of construction and production to the greatest extent and effectively reduce the construction cost, the project department decided to build its own gravel processing plant with the strong support of the owner, the company and the local government.
