1. Project construction address: benxi city, liaoning province.

2. Project contents :(1) railway rewiring project: the rewiring project of benxi iron & steel fireproof plant's special railway line includes demolishing 1.46km of the original railway and laying 1.65km of railway again. (2) the construction project of scrap steel base covers a total area of 150,000 square meters, and the newly-built scrap steel warehouse covers 20,000 square meters.
