In addition, when the participating units apply for the resumption of the project, the preparation for the resumption of the project site must meet nine conditions, involving the epidemic prevention and control mechanism, the screening of personnel on site, the elimination and killing of facilities and equipment for epidemic prevention, epidemic protection materials and other aspects. It is worth noting that the "emergency notice" also mentioned that if the employee fails to fulfill the main responsibility of the enterprise and violates the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, resulting in the diagnosis of three or more people, the market will be banned for a certain period of time according to the law. Construction site to resume work, must meet the following nine conditions:

(1) establish and improve the mechanism for epidemic prevention and control at construction sites, set up special classes, specially-assigned personnel and special posts, and identify those responsible for various epidemic prevention and control measures;

(2) to formulate work plans and emergency plans for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases at the construction sites;

(iii) check whether the workers and management personnel coming to the site have any contact history with those coming from other places before and after the Spring Festival, and confirm that the registration is true;

(4) establish and improve the system of epidemic prevention and control education and disclosure for all site personnel, and identify the responsible persons at all levels;

(5) to establish and improve the real-name system for construction sites after resumption of work, the management registration system for the prevention, control and management of personnel entering and leaving the sites, and the identification of persons responsible for the management;

(6) the anti-epidemic system for on-site facilities and equipment shall be put in place;

(7) to set up separate isolation observation rooms in accordance with the requirements of the territorial disease control department for temporary isolation of observation personnel living alone;

(8) sufficient anti-epidemic supplies shall be provided, and sufficient masks, thermometers, disinfectants, medicines and other disease-prevention and control materials shall be prepared for the project;

(9) obtain professional evaluation opinions on epidemic prevention and control from the local health and epidemic prevention administrative department, and contact with the local street office (community) to identify the street (community) grid manager and report to them.
