According to the working meeting of the state railway group co., LTD., in 2019, China's fixed asset investment in railways will total 802.9 billion yuan, of which 751.1 billion yuan will be made by the state railway, and 8,489 kilometers of new lines will be put into operation, including 5,474 kilometers of high-speed rail.
