The first phase of the online training for technical personnel of the partners in 2020 has been completed. More than 40 partners from all over China and more than 300 people participated in the online training.

Affected by the epidemic, the equipment that the leasing company stopped at the construction site before the Spring Festival has been stored for more than one month. In view of these problems, the current training focused on the battery repair training, to minimize the loss of the lessor.

This training is divided into three levels (beginner class, intermediate class and advanced class). The teaching content and depth of each level are different, so as to facilitate personnel of all levels to study in different classes, so as to avoid the situation of strong ability not to listen and poor ability not to understand. At the same time, in order to strictly control the number of each class and ensure the communication between participants and training instructors, the training staff is divided into 2 beginner classes, 1 intermediate class and 2 advanced classes.
