1、Please note before installation

Before installation，We need to confirm that the project foundation meets the construction standards in the foundation documents provided by Shaorui Heavy Industry.。

The weight of the project foundation shall be at least 3 times heavier than the feeder，To lower the resonant frequency，While shortening the resonance duration.。

The spring seat shall be fixed on the foundation bolt，Use two nuts or weld firmly on the embedded steel plate。

Warning：Do not install or weld any accessories on the body of the feeder(Uch as a hopper、Funnel、Operating platform, etc.）。These components must be secured to their respective support structures，But must not come into contact with the feeder。

 

2、Specific Installation Requirements

During the time of starting and stopping the feeder，The equipment will swing irregularly，It is necessary to ensure the vibration unit、Sufficient free space between other structures and equipment。So we have some specific installation requirements.：

Confirm the minimum space required when the feed chute is stationary：Side-50mm、Longitudinal direction-80mm、Vertical direction-100mm；

Pillars or other structures under the exciter must not be in contact with the feed chute；

Hopper“B”The discharge port shall be smaller than the vibrating unit.“A”The width of the，As shown in the figure below：

If a chain or discharge guide is installed, allow the feed to flow smoothly，Hopper discharge portShould notExtend too close to the feeder floor；

Feed Chute(Silo)The shall be designed to carry a portion of the feed，The blanking point shall not directly impact the tank body of the equipment.，Longer service life of equipment；

All equipment must comply with local safety regulations.；

Pay attention to：Welding on both side plates is prohibited。Otherwise, no warranty will be given for the equipment。

 

3、Installation of coupling

Install the coupling in the correct assembly sequence as follow：

①The black coupling is left inside

②Rubber band in the center section

③Fixed disk，Stay outside。After the host is installed，The main shaft is 0 higher than the motor shaft in no-load state-20mm。

④ After installing the coupling，Install the protective cover，Prevent the rotating parts of the coupling from causing personal injury；
