“Preheat”Don't take it lightly

Before construction in cold weather“Warm up the car”It is an important link.，Pecially before construction at sub-zero temperatures，Place the key in the warm position，Then start the engine.，Run at low speed for 5 minutes。

While warming up，You can check your Bobcat equipment.。See if the oil warning light goes out、Whether there is oil leakage or water leakage、Whether the sound and exhaust color of the engine are normal、Whether each part of the machine is abnormal。

After the inspection is completed，Action of each oil cylinder under no-load operation 5~10 times，Finally, make the engine rotate at the highest speed and quickly operate each oil cylinder to act 5.~10 times，Rotate left and right and travel forward and backward 3 times at the same times。Until the system temperature rises to 50~At 80 degrees，Let's start normal construction.！

 

Oil selection is important    

The weather is cold in the north，The oil grade of many equipment may not be applicable.，If you don't know your equipment label,，Go to Bobcat for after-sales consultation.。Let the Bobcat Love Machine be more frost-resistant，The equipment oil should be changed.！

Add low grade fuel：Low temperature in winter makes the fluidity of fuel oil of mechanical equipment worse.，Viscosity increases，Not easy to spray，Causing poor atomization，Combustion deterioration，Resulting in a decrease in the dynamic and economic performance of the machine。So，Please add in winter-10℃To-30℃Type of antifreeze fuel oil，The more northerly the area, the lower the grade of diesel oil.。

Change the low-temperature hydraulic oil：Replace your equipment with hydraulic oil suitable for the lowest local temperature.，Avoid uncoordinated operation due to low hydraulic oil temperatures。

Replace the antifreeze：Antifreeze can prevent the engine or water tank from freezing and cracking at low temperature.，The corresponding antifreeze should be replaced in time.。Caution is required when replacing antifreeze，Idle before equipment shutdown 10-15min，Allow the coolant temperature to drop to 60℃Following（Prevent scalding），Re-discharge and replace。

 

Long-term storage in winter

The winter break is longer in the north.，Especially if the Bobcat micro-excavation equipment is shut down for a long time.，Do a good job of checking before winter break.，And park the equipment in a safe area。

Operation：Turn off the power，Remove the battery and place it in a warm place，Heat insulation sleeve for engine cover，Cover the equipment with a hood。

Check：Clean the soil on the surface of the machine body.，Check for loose fasteners。Check whether the antifreeze fluid level and engine oil level are normal，Check whether the oil quality is normal，Check the antifreeze level of the fuel。

Storage：Park the equipment on a flat surface、Take shelter from the wind、Sunny high place or indoor。
