A： Hello ，I am the after-sales service supervisor of Lintaige in Germany.，This year is the 26th year of traveling with Lin Taige.。My team focuses on after-sales service in Europe and Latin America，Also for Asia、Remote support for asphalt and concrete plants in the Middle East and Africa。

Q：So much regional support，Are you busy?？

A：In daily work，I am responsible for solving all kinds of problems encountered by customers when they run the mixing plant.，It is also necessary to regularly optimize the production capacity and mixing quality of each equipment.，Because the conditions and gradations of each project are different.。

At present，I am preparing to commission 4 asphalt mixing plants.，They are on their way to projects in Poland and Brazil.。LINTECThe control system makes the job a lot easier.，We can directly connect to the control room of each mixing plant through the network for remote support.。Of course, it can also provide optimized operation suggestions to customers through video calls.，To ensure that the equipment is running well.。

Q：26 years like a day，What kind of experience is it?？

Q：So，What is your most memorable project?？

A：I want，The first one is that we are in Norway.CSE3000 container-type asphalt mixing plant，This project is the largest and most important I have ever managed in Lintaige.。The biggest challenge comes from the global novel coronavirus epidemic.，People all over Europe can't commute.。Although there are many difficulties.，But in the end, we all overcame one by one and successfully completed the delivery.，The customer spoke highly of it.。

Also，The second is to be known as“The eighth wonder of the world”The Dubai Palm Island Project。At that time, we had four Lin Taige. CC3000DContainer-type concrete mixing station shall be commissioned at the same time，And finally let four stations stand at 240.t/hThe finished concrete with extremely high quality is mixed under the production capacity.。Nearly twenty years later，To this day, I still remember the customer's happy face at that time.。

Q：So many different countries and projects，Is there a big difference in debugging? ？

A：That's a good question.，For unified management，Lin Taige sells equipment worldwide.，No matter Asia、Latin America、Africa or Europe，All implement a unified standard.。Only the types of gradation vary from place to place.，This is very interesting.，In Latin America，Only a few specific asphalt mixture gradations are used locally，There are dozens of common gradations in China.；There are more than 100 conventional gradations in Europe.；But also the aggregates in these area、Asphalt、Fuel characteristics vary；It is impossible to be competent without decades of experience.。
