Power off

Before shutdown, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment has no fault and turn off the battery power switch，Disconnect the battery positive line，Prevent the next boot from failing to run normally。

How to start the device efficiently

Please check whether the drain hole cover is secure and free from leakage.。

Drain the accumulated water in the regulating air circuit，Prevent the failure of loading due to the unsmooth regulation of the gas circuit，Or the air pressure is unstable.，It even makes it difficult to start the equipment.。

Check the oil and coolant levels of the engine and air compressor，Top up if necessary.。

Remove the drain plug from the air tank，Open the valve to drain the condensate water，Close the valve until the oil runs out and reinstall the oil drain plug。

Drain the water from the oil filter，Until clean fuel comes out of the drain cock。

Check the air filter element for dirt or oil，Empty the dust collector，Replace if necessary。

Check the fan belt，Adjust if necessary。

Check the battery condition and connect the positive wire。

After completing the above steps，Place the power switch in the“ON”The location of，To turn on the controller。Close all doors，Start the controller switch to load the equipment and stabilize the boost.，Observe whether the operation parameters are normal.。
