A: I am Lintec&LinnhoffAfter-sales Service and Training Manager。I have been working in Lin Tai Ge for more than 30 years.,Twenty-five of those years were spent in China.,I manage customer service.、After-sales support and quality control。
Q:Can you tell us about your main tasks??
A:My job is to solve the problems of the mixing station at any time.,Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the use of the mixing plant;Communicate with engineers at the project site at all times,Once there is a problem,Find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible。
I also manage the installation of new equipment.,Early stage of equipment installation、Medium term、The latter part contains a lot of detailed work.,For example, before the installation of the equipment, judge whether the layout needs to be adjusted according to the foundation drawing and the layout of the customer site.。In an actual project,The preliminary work will involve many safety issues.,According to the foundation drawing, I will provide the customer with complete equipment installation suggestions.,Ensure the smooth progress of later work。
Q:How do you understand your relationship with customers in your work??

A:Work for so many years.,I can't remember the exact number of projects I participated in.,One of the things I am most proud of is the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project.。The requirements of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project are very stringent.,I have been working on the project site for about 2 months.,The project is very complex,Need to customize a special solution for the project,Time is tight for both delivery and installation of equipment。But eventually,We succeeded in finishing the task ahead of time.,Customers are very satisfied with the performance of our Lintaige mixing station and after-sales service team.;For me,I am also very honored to participate in this.“Super Engineering”。
