First loading

Clutch calibration（AEB）Conditions to be met

1、The transmission oil temperature is in the hot state.。Normal transmission oil temperature 50°C-90°C，Below 50°COr higher than 90°CWill be interruptedAEB；Under normal circumstances，AEBThe time required is 3-7 minutes，To guaranteeAEBSmooth execution，AEBThe initial temperature is preferably controlled at 70°C-80°CBetween。

 

2、During the calibration process，The gear selector must be in neutral。

 

3、The handbrake must be applied.，It must be ensured that the whole vehicle is still in the horizontal position.，Output speed must be zero。If necessary，Pull the hand brake and add the foot brake at the same time.，O as to ensure that the whole vehicle is still.。

 

 

 

4、The engine is idling.。TCUThe default engine idle speed is 700-1100rpm，During calibration，The engine speed needs to be within this range。

Start step

1、WillZFShift lever in neutral position。

2、PressZFOn the shift knobKDButton and hold for more than 5 second。

 

3、Turn the shift lever to the next gear limit position（ Press on KDButton）。

4、 Let it go KDButton。

5、Clutch calibration procedure start，The display shows：

K1 → K2 → K3 → K4 → KV → KR → OK

6、After successful calibration，Before running the vehicle，Power must be restored。

Troubleshooting

After completing the operation of starting the calibration procedure，If the display is at 1-No response in 2 minutes.，Indicates that the calibration has failed，It needs to be powered off and powered on again to operate again.。If any of the start conditions are not met at start up or during clutch calibration，It must also be powered up again before starting the calibration again。
