Safety equipment and testing instrument

    Please wear the safety helmet correctly.、Insulated shoes、Insulating gloves。Prepare a multimeter for voltage measurement，Calibrate and confirm the multimeter before use.，Ensure that the measured value is safe and reliable。Air tightness test is required for insulating gloves，The cuff of the glove is rolled up until the palm of the hand is bulged.，Press to check for damage and air leakage。The next step can be carried out only after the two gloves are checked to be in good condition。

High voltage down flow

1.Turn off the push-to-start switch，Make sure the vehicle is powered off。

 

2. Disconnect the negative main switch of the vehicle low-voltage battery，Hang“Switching on is prohibited when someone is operating”Warning sign。

 

3. Use a screwdriver to pick out the clip on the service switch，Turn off the service switchMSD，The service switch is located on the vehicle's high voltage power distribution box，Used to cut off the high-voltage power supply during repair or maintenance.。

4.   Wait for about 15 minutes after turning off the service switch，Make sure that there is no residual charge on the insert。

 

5. Electricity test：Use a multimeter to check that the high voltage system has been completely de-energized。Grounding of black probe to ground，The red probe detects the voltage of the maintenance switch base.。If the voltage is higher than safe voltage 36VYou can wait for another 15 minutes and then check the electricity again or use a discharge meter to discharge.，Until the voltage drops below 36VSafe voltage for maintenance。

 

6. Before the electricity test，It is necessary to ensure that the operator has worn the appropriate protective equipment。
