DPFThe specific steps of ash removal are as follows:：

1.Remove the air filter cap and exhaust pipe，Make room for later operation。

 

2.Remove the 6 fixing bolts from the upper cover plate of the hood.，Remove the hood cover。

 

3.Dismantling DPF Differential pressure sensor at both ends and fixing bolt。

4.Take M8 Allen wrench，Remove the two hoop，Remove it again DPF Hoops at both ends。

5.Dismantling DOC Engine-exhaust pipe hoop，Note that the hoop should be replaced according to the use situation.。Will DOC Move out of the gap，This is convenient DPF Withdrawal process does not interfere。

6.DPF There is a spacer at the front and rear ends.，Replace every time it is removed。

7.Reverse purging with compressed air gun，Until there is no black ash.。

8.After the ash is removed，Reassembly according to the disassembly stepsDPF。After reassembly，If necessary, use Weichai Zhiduoxing diagnostic instrument to carry out once. DPF Park regeneration。If DPF There is damage，It needs to be replaced in time。
