There are two types of XGMA working condition switch

》》》 Rocker switch type：0 File（No）Is overloaded，Press down the first gear for medium load.，Light load when pressing down the second gear。

 

 

》》》 Knob switch form：Heavy load can be achieved by knob operation、Medium load、Light load。

》》》 The indicator light of the medium-load dial is on（The third country is green、National Fourth Yellow）

☆In case of fault of working condition switch and circuit，There will be the following phenomena：

》》》 In the working state，Idle speed and sports car speed are normal，However, the speed drops rapidly during the loading operation，Show weakness。

》》》 Turn on the working condition switch，The working condition indicator is not on，Medium load or light load function failure, etc.。

》》》 Sometimes the dial will not display the fault code in case of fault.。

》》》 For some models, the whole vehicle will automatically return to the heavy load state when the working condition switch fails.。

Troubleshooting

》》》 Check whether the circuit of the working condition switch is plugged in properly，Loose or not，Whether it is damaged。

 

》》》 Measuring switch resistance under working condition。Take the upper diesel knob switch as an example.：Under heavy load, the resistance of the two wires of the switch is 1.Five thousand ohms，The resistance of the two wires of the switch is 4 at medium load.Two thousand ohms，Under light load, the resistance of the two wires of the switch is 9.Eight thousand ohms。（The resistance will vary for different engine configurations）

 

 

》》》 Connect ECU Does the voltage of the two lines of the computer board float to measure 5 volts?。

 

》》》 Measure the voltage directly without pulling out the plug，Overload is 2.497 volts，Medium load is 3.682 volts，4 for light load.335 volts。

（The measurement is a reference value，The voltage may vary for different engine configuration）

 

 

》》》 When the measured value is abnormal，Overhaul the line，Replace the device。
