Oil selection

The oil is from the engine.“ Blood ”，In the cold winter，It is very important to choose the right oil.。In order for the equipment to be adequately lubricated,，We recommend the user to select the engine in accordance with《GB11122-2006 diesel engine oil》Standard XGMA genuine engine oil（China 4 engine adoptsCK-Grade 4 and above engine oil）。

When selecting the viscosity grade of the oil，It should be decided according to the local climatic conditions.。Generally speaking，The lower the applicable ambient temperature.，The lower the required oil viscosity grade.。Refer to the following table for the recommended viscosity grade of engine oil：

The choice of diesel

High-quality diesel is the guarantee of efficient operation of the engine。In order to make the engine have higher reliability and lower fuel consumption，We recommend that users choose to comply with《GB 19147-2016 Vehicle Diesel》Standard clean light diesel fuel，Different brands of diesel oil are selected according to the ambient temperature of the use area.。It is recommended to select different brands of clean diesel according to the following table.：

Coolant change 

As the temperature drops,，The cooling system also needs to be adjusted accordingly.。We recommend users to replace it with one that meets the national standards.《GB 29743.1-2022 Motor vehicle coolant》Antifreeze for winter use，Generally, the freezing point is 10 lower than local minimum temperature.℃Antifreeze。This effectively prevents the cooling system from freezing，Ensure the normal operation of the engine in the low temperature environment。It is recommended to select different types of antifreeze according to the following table.：

Special reminder：Water is not allowed to be used as coolant for the fourth non-road engine.，Use water or liquid with freezing point lower than ambient temperature as coolant.，Cooling water or antifreeze freezes and expands in winter，Can cause the engine block to、Cylinder head、Expansion and cracking of urea pump and other parts。

Application and storage of urea solution

For XGMA's mechanical equipment using urea system，Attention should also be paid to the cleanliness and storage of urea solution。Ensure that the filled urea meets the national standard《GB 29518-2013》Prescribed 32.5%Urea solution。When filling urea or disassembling and assembling the urea pipeline，Maintain the cleanliness of the urea，Avoid dirt、Impurities（Including water）Enter the urea injection system。These impurities can seriously damage the urea pump and the urea nozzle。

In addition，Do not overfill urea in winter，The liquid level indication is just full。Because when the temperature is below-11°CTime，Crystallization of urea causes volume expansion，May affect the safety of urea tank。
