Project overview

Gangneung—Zhujin Railway Lot 1 Project，Located in Gangneung, Gangwon Province, South Korea，The Sea of Japan to the west、East China Sea to the east，The whole line passes through the coastal lowlands and Taibai Mountains.，The total length of the tunnel in this section is 2869 meters.，With 0.17%The slope continues to go uphill.，Gneiss to be traversed、Weathered soil、Weathered rock、Soft rock and other complex geological layers，In which that condition of the originating assembly site are extremely limit，The maximum strength of rock is 150 MPa.，Both design and construction are facing great challenges.。

Equipment introduction

For the special geological conditions of this project，The technical team adopted a modular design.，Equipped with a new mud-water balancing system，It can achieve stability under the geological conditions of soft and hard interlaced.、Efficient tunneling。The excavation diameter of the equipment is up to 8.98 meters，The fuselage is about 76 meters long.，The total weight is about 1250 tons.。At the same time，The advanced intelligent control system enables the shield machine to operate automatically and control accurately.，So that that construction efficiency and the safety are remarkably improve。
